Akzo(KNZ) couplings right hand thread

Akzo (KNZ) fittings are used in the loading and unloading of liquid chemicals, such as sodium chloride, chlorine, caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride and other water treatment chemicals.

Based on its many years of logistics experience, Akzo Nobel has developed and standardized a special unloading connection. This screw connection is safe and reliable and is widely known as the “Akzo connection”. Innocol has been producing these fittings for more than 20 years, with a range extended to more than 100 variants.

The Akzo fitting is available in two versions, DN50 and DN80. The Akzo DN50 fitting has an M88x8 right hand thread and the Akzo DN80 fitting has an M110x8 right hand thread. Both Akzo fittings are made of corrosion resistant black polyethylene (HDPE). They are suitable for the loading and unloading of all acidic, basic and saline inorganic liquid solutions, as discussed above.

Akzo fittings are produced at Innocol according to a specific process, which means the fittings are much less affected by temperature variations and will therefore always fit perfectly.
